With almost two and a half decades of professional outdoor experience, Jerry provides a unique blend of experience, patience, and enthusiasm to his clients. His journey began at age twelve in McDowell County, NC, where he learned to tie flies from legendary NC fly tyer Donald McKinney, and fished the local waters with his creations. Friend, mentor, and legendary NC guide and angler Kenny Palmer has spent 20 years passing down his decades of knowledge and experience at Black Mountain, NC's One Fly Outfitters. Today, Jerry channels that lifelong connection to the wild into premier guided excursions, ensuring anglers enjoy an authentic experience on the waters of Western NC and Eastern TN.
